Since eliminating cheese from my diet over ten years ago, I missed it so much that i put it out of my mind to make it easier mentally to go without. Also, the fake cheeses just didnt do the job. But alas...I found one that comes close. In fact, i found a whole collection that is pretty darn good.

www.veganlife.lu) just arrived today. Armed with fresh french bread and tomatoes/basil from the garden, Jonas and i went crazy on it!! Here is a photo of our collection - before we opened up all the packages.
